This policy explains what personal data MySoloMarketer ("we", "us"), operated at mysolomarketer.com, collects and how we use it.
1. Data we collect
- Purchase data: your email address and payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data: pages visited, clicks, device and browser type, approximate location (country), and session recordings, collected via PostHog (hosted in the EU).
- Advertising data: we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our ads. This may include a hashed version of your email address, your IP address and browser identifiers.
2. Why we use it
- To deliver the product you purchased and send you your receipt.
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
- To measure and optimise our advertising.
3. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process purchase data to perform our contract with you. We process usage and advertising data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and promoting our business, or your consent where required by law.
4. Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), PostHog (analytics, EU servers), Meta Platforms (advertising measurement). We do not sell your data.
5. Retention
Purchase records are kept as long as required by tax law. Analytics data is kept for up to 12 months.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to processing, by emailing hello@mysolomarketer.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. Cookies
Analytics (PostHog) and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel and Conversions API) only run after you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, none of them load and no purchase data is sent to Meta. See Cookies for the full list and to change your choice at any time.
