1. The product
MySoloMarketer is a digital product: a ZIP file of Claude Code skill and agent files (Markdown), delivered as an instant download on your purchase page immediately after payment. Keep that page bookmarked to re-download it and future updates.
2. Price and payment
The price is $37 (USD), charged once. Payment is processed by Stripe. Prices include applicable VAT where required.
3. Licence
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or share it.
4. Refunds

5. No guarantee of results
MySoloMarketer provides tools and guidance. Business results depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
